ABOUT SHOWER DOORS

Shower doors are usually made of safety glass, which is between one quarter and three eighths of an inch thick. The glass may be clear, or with moulded pattern, or with sand blasted pattern. Fittings are normally of rust-proof chromium-plated brass. The shower doors may be frameless, or with aluminium frames. Frames are available in a wide range of finishes and colors. In some cases the shower door will form part of a larger glass unit comprising the door and one or more glass side panels.
