ABOUT WINDOW GLASS
Window Glass may be supplied as single sheets of glass, or as sealed double-glazed units, which are usually filled with the inert gas Argon. The sealed double-glazed units provide superior heat and sound insulation. In both cases there is a choice of thickness of glass, texture, color, and strength. Textures include obscured and reeded glass. Colors include Bronze and Gray tints, or bright colors embedded in the glass. For greater protection and security, window glass may be tempered or laminated.
The leading window glass suppliers, listed below the panel of sponsored links, have comprehensive websites, with information on all aspects of window glass, including online catalogs, textures and tints for window glass, and care and cleaning of window glass.
